What’s a credit?
Credits pay for work that costs us something: a quick creator or post analysis is 1 credit, a full creator analysis is 5 and an AI insight is 3. Tracking, lists, reports and share links are free.
Do I pay if an analysis fails?
No. Credits are reserved before the work starts and only charged when it succeeds. If a profile can’t be found or something goes wrong, they go straight back to your balance.
Does analysing the same creator twice cost twice?
Not within 24 hours. A ready analysis of the same creator in your workspace from the last day is reused for free, and so is one that’s still running.
What about private accounts?
We only read what’s public. For a private account you’ll see the profile basics, and it costs a single credit.
Is the audience quality score a bot detector?
It’s a signal, not a verdict. We sample the people commenting on recent posts and look at automated-looking accounts, generic comments and missing profile photos, then turn that into a score out of 100.
Can I share results with clients who don’t have an account?
Yes. Export a PDF or create a read-only share link that expires after 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. You choose whether fees and budgets are included, and you can turn a link off at any time.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Any time. Switching is prorated, and if you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
